Claimant says: "We had a new shingle roof put on in Sept. 2009. In the Spring of 2010 during the spring melt of snow, we had 2 leaks in the roof. One around the fireplace in the living room & one by the skylight in the kitchen. We called Wayne Blomquist, the owner, he came over & fixed the roof. We haven't had anymore leaks, but the living room ceiling has water leak stains from the fireplace to the front door. We have left repeated messages with Wayne for the past two years to have this repaired, with no luck from him. He is not returning our calls now. I like our new roof, but this mess inside the house is a pain in my side, I am tired of calling and not receiving any help back. He told us to find a person to repair this & let him know. I don't feel this is our responsibilty to have to look for someone to repair this problem. I know he is bonded & insured, so I don't understand what the hold up is on his part.
