Claimant says: "I was a repeat customer of Big Owls for many months spending hundreds of dollars with them. Little things happened at first, but for the most part things where acceptable. However, when I sent him pictures of my muffler showing no work had been performed by his tech Robert Alphonso dropped out of sight. Robert was suppose to add a sleeve to patch a hole in the muffler. I paid $100 for no work performed. I have asked for a refund. To further complicate things, Big Owls also replaced my power steering pump on a Mazd” ...Show more »

Claimant says: "We have been through 2 differnent motors and neither one have not worked. Both motors came incomplete and all parts were taken from our original engine to make complete. Technician has lost multiple parts that has cost us money to replace. website assures ASE certied technician and employee sent and is not certied and has made several mistakes causing us to purchase new parts.”
