  • Location is great. Food and restaurants are pretty good too. Govt could do a better job recruiting more startups and tech businesses. How about starting a venture fund for new startups? I'd love to see Normal and the surrounding communities become the Silicon Valley of the midwest. Looking forward to seeing how others rate us. My experience with police and courts etc is too limited to comment, but thanks
