At that time we were told that we had one year to use the tickets. When I called I was told that the year expired in June and that I would be granted six months to use the tickets,and would lose $100.00. I was treated poorly by each of the people I spoke with. An flight ticket agent has overhead page Justin Payne (15 year old who was flying with me) and my self (Craig Day) to ask if we could changes our seats to exit seat, from our original seats 27e and 27f (window seat). I agree (thinking there were exit seat) after boarding the plane and finding out the seat were not exit seat, (10 D and E) I approach the flight attending, who did not have a name tag on. Claimant says: "The trip to Atlanta was supposed to be a fun, quick trip to enjoy a special day with our friend and has now turned into a nightmare. All three of us were at the ticket counter when the purchase occurred and we all were shocked that Delta had charged the $1304.40 per ticket which is not what was agreed to at the counter. We were defrauded and taken advantaged of and expect that Delta should refund the additional charges.”
