I also like to help people I have a very pragmatic view of life, I see the good and the bad and I don't believe in injustices, if I can help by suggesting how I personally would deal with issues/complaints then I will.

I was for many years a complaints manager for one of the biggest companies in the UK, so can empathise with people, but also see when people are bare faced liars, and no amount of mediation is going to work
