As a former Law Clerk and Associate of the insurance defense law firm, Dwyer Connell & Lisbona I was mentored by highly-regarded New Jersey trial lawyers handling different aspects of civil litigation, including insurance coverage, automobile negligence, consumer fraud litigation, automobile accident and personal injury law and municipal court appearances. Additional legal experience includes premises liability, criminal defense, police liability, medical malpractice, corporate formation and business law, landlord-tenant and real estate transactions, shareholder disputes, arbitration, family law, mediation and appeals.
