Amy is a Connecticut mediator with more than 15 years in the legal field. She has experience in estate planning, elder law, special needs law, probate, and real estate. She has also served in HR and business roles. This knowledge and experience gives Amy the ability to truly understand the context of the issues.
Amy's goal is to be as inclusive as possible, making sure that everyone has a voice in the solution. She is trained to handle large groups, with many differing opinions and personalities. Amy volunteers in in the NY court system providing both community mediation as well as custody/visitation mediation. In addition to mediating, Amy provides negotiation and conflict resolution training to businesses and professionals. Materials which she designed have been presented to audiences at the U.S. Department of State to further understanding of conflict resolution, violence prevention and human system dynamics.
