Claimant says:
"Feb 3, 2022 I was told by my dentist that I needed a root canal. I've read that they're bad for you so,I went to holistic dentist. I was told,how easy and effective getting a implant is. On the 14th I had my tooth pulled and from that day on I have been in constant pain. After many visits, I was told I needed a root canal in the tooth next to the implant. Still in pain. The holistic dentist told me I needed another root canal on the other side of the implant. I saw 2 Endodontists one being a surgeon, I had to be put asleep for  another procedure called a apicoectomy. The last visit was March 2023. I could go into more detail if necessary.  Still have pulsing pain. In total I've spent $13505. I have every record from everyone I've seen. I'd like to recover $13505, but I will rely on your expertise if you think I'm entitled more for pain and suffering. "
