Claimant says: "my boyfriend purchased a HP Envy all in one computer on 12/3/14 for $1,099.00. At the time of purchase he asked to buy the extended warranty which the sales person said he could not do that and would have to call back in 30 days. I did not get the gift til late due do a death in the family--which I can document---so I called today to get the warranty and the date expired yesterday--Im one day late..thats one issue.
