Claimant says: "I ordered 2 dresses size 14 and 16 they sent me the gowns rolled up in a ball in a large envelope When I tried them on they did not fit and one of the dresses had a size 10 tag in it I even sent them pictures. they wrote back that their company accidentally sewed the wrong tag in the dress. and they do not give refunds because each dress is supposedly custom made. I thought I ordered two standard sizes. this company is a disgrace they keep telling me to have the dresses altered to fit how do u make dresses bigger? I tho” ...Show more »
