I give ZERO stars! This company (Value Traders aka Value Traded) is a total sham. They make you pay up front & ask for all the documents, then ask for more saying the originals are incorrect. Do not use this company as they take your money & documents & will not return them. They delay the closures so they can keep your money & make you pay more maintenance fees, saying there was a time frame on the closings!! It is their fault everything is delayed. They keep asking for more information that was not originally listed. If they do the title search, they should have all the information that is needed for closing,
