Donna M. says: The pull you in with a high credit limit and then do a review process which should have been done at the initial opening of the account. This follow up review step 'allows' Synchrony Financial do then come back in and reduce the original credit limit to a lower limit ~ using a lame excuse of the nature that creditworthiness has changed, when it fact it has IMPROVED in the eyes of the credit bureaus but SFB uses an internal scoring process that lowers the credit limit and hurts the hard work and progress made over the past few years or months. This happened recently on 2 cards issued by SFB for TJMAXX and Loews. Beware folks...
