I was a long-time customer, subscribed to XM long before they merged with Sirius. After that, problems, problems, problems! Auto-drafted from my bank account without permission, after I cancelled auto-draft, it was till charged. Terrible customer service, always a 'run-around', long hold time, non-english speaking representatives, very frustrated! Finally found vice-president of Customer Relations contact info. and after emailing him, was able to get a refund of over $200. Will NEVER sign-up with them again, nor would I recommend them to ANYONE.
