David B. says: They lie about their "Hurricane rated" covers and ports for all states. We purchased ours in 2017 and it blew to pieces and landed in the woods, in the first minor winds of 30mph with only a couple 70 mph gusts, in SW VA. We contacted them and it took them months to replace. It promptly bowed almost to the ground where it sits, unusable. We contacted them in January of 2021 and they have put us off over and over until they finally confirmed they will "fix" the torn and broken metal port as a favor to us since they already replaced the original. That was the most outrageous thing since their contract states 10 years but they won't honor it. This was supposed to be done in the "summer, June/July". It is now mid September with no responses from them. They don't answer their phones and the "voicemail is full" so you cannot leave any messages. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with and they deserve to have their license revoked!
