Joseph G. says: fraudulent practices. Will not work with customer to rightfully return $82.85 to customer. They respond by giving the customer the terms and conditions where they do not have to return said funds. Customer did not link temporary Blue Bird card number with $82.85, onto permanent card when it was registered. They advised without card number or code number off of box, they cannot help. What happens to those funds?
