Crystal M. says: I would not recommend him because you will be sitting in my situation. We gave him $285 and he hasn’t even done five minutes of work or even came back to my house to do the work when he said he is waiting on parts. Well the parts came in and he still not here and his excuse today was he was at the DMV. I am a paying customer and He should do the job that I paid him to do but he said he had personal business to take care of. I wish I could takeoff work whenever I want to take care of personal business

Reginald D. says: Ace Appliance Repair Service is a complete fraud. Mr. Alvin is incompetent, inefficient, and unprofessional. I called him out to repair my Maytag refrigerator because the freezer had defrosted. He told me that he would be arriving in about thirty minutes, approximately 3:30 in the afternoon. I guess that I can't tell time because he arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon three days later. At that time he said that he could not correctly diagnose the problem because the freezer had begun to freeze again, and the ice maker had begun to make cubes again, but the problem was probably a sensor. He instructed me to call him again if the problem happened again, and he would be there promptly. Well, the freezer again defrosted and I called him, but he has yet to arrive. His "diagnosis fee" was $59.99, but he has yet t diagnose a problem. Please, please do not waste your time with this fraud.
