Claimant says:
"I was a customer and sent them a check to continue my service , I did not give them my credit card number. they did not continue my service and I asked for a refund. Now they are jerking me around with all sorts of delay and not telling me the truth about mailed checks and cannot forwards a refund check to my winter address from my summer residence address because it is the law. Not so, I checked with the postal service. Thiis has been going on since Oct 2013 as I recall. Now they refuse to answer my e-mails It is not a lot of money $110.81 total but they are just horrible , telling me my check is being sent out in 10 to 14 days, it has not happened Regards,

  • I recieved a check for $92.01 and now will settle the accoount for #41.78. I plan a new vehicle purchase in a couple of months and look forward to their response when I air this with the rep who handles my call. Paul Macdonald responded to my complaint along with Kelli Blatchford and Lee of macdonalds office, very poor customer reception ability. Ed McCarthy
