Called Credit Collection – 11am – They told me I will receive repeated calls until I pay the outstanding amount due.
11: 10am – Contacted XM Radio – HANGUP
11:16 – Mitch #ID 1012AL – Disconnected Me
11: 39 – Jessie - #ID1624AL – Switched me over to Supervisor, He was very helpful
11: 54: Joel – Supervisor - #ID0289
 Reviewed account - SYSTEM GILTCH – Changed System, transferred all information and only used 6 months prior – Here’s what we are going to do – will submit to back office to remove my name from Credit Collection Agency – Takes 7 to 10 Days to remove my name – Trouble Ticket – Escalated at XM –
 TROUBLE TICKET NUMBER – 1093053

Received call from Christina at collection agency – problem not solved
March 29th
10:14a.am – Called XM – asked for Supervisor – DISCONECTED. Was not able to connect using account #

April 2,
Received call from Christina at collection agency, I was still sleeping – would call back, I had to leave

April 4
10:32a.m. – Called XM – Not able to connect using account # - Hold till 10:39a.m.
- Connected to : Adam # Refused to give me his ID # said he was not allowed to give that information out to customers. Laugh at me when I asked for a supervisor.
- P10:39a.m – placed on hold while he transferred me Frank # Supervisor – Refusing to give me ID#. . Frank claimed he is the highest level I could speak to. No help
11:05 – Called for outstanding balance – Talked to: Shane # 501-319-34, not allowed to disclose information, gave after I told her I had a dispute, she is out of the Philippines. Gave me balance of $239.15.
