Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On January 15th. 2016 I had silver ford windstar van towed to Ricky's Auto Center / Clinic @ 3964
FRANKFORD AVENUE PHILADELPHIA PA. 19124 garage for (2) Small things, State & Emissions Inspection and check for the problem of the ABS brake lights coming on. So I contact him on JULY
11th. 2016 Monday @ 08:00 and he said the van is ready and I asked he did he put the inspection
Stickers on, and he said NO and I said well have it done before THURSDAY JULY 14th. 2016 Cause I
have a VERY IMPORTANT DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT & a lots of running around to do and you know I'am disable so I NEED my vehicle. Ricky said NO PROBLEM everything will be DONE" & the Only thing was wrong with the ABS System was a wire & my mechanic been fixed that and it runs great.
Ricky said Ok I'll have it ready for you and you just own me $300. Dollars for the work & Storage, I met him Thurs. @ 08:30 AM. & PAID HIM $300. IN FULL he took my money & not had a receipt or my van inspected & I couldn't wait because of the very important doctor's appointment and he knew ALL of this, I've tried contacting he several time & don't answer 4 weeks LATER and NOW he's TELLING Me he tried to bring me the vehicle that same day and he HEARD SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY TRANSMISSION and I told him that vehicle just had a Transmission tune-up and EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TAKING CARE OF IN THIS MOTOR ALL NEW. NOW all this time he said HE will take care of it know matter what it is and I've MISS A LOT of MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS COSTING ME OVER $3-K dollars and still NO vehicle and someone has to pay for all these Expenses. ( DELIVER VEHICLE WITH ALL NEW REGISTRATION & INSURANCE CARDS & RECEIPTS MARKED PAID IN FULL AMOUNT CASH. ) THANK YOU & HAVE A GREAT DAY""

  • I have been down to Ricky's Auto shop and tried to find out what is his problem by holding my vehicle several times in the months of OCTOBER & NOVEMBER 2016 and his Response is that the vehicle was fixed in JUNE 2016, and he was bringing it to my home and heard some noise coming from my TRANSMISSION and he knows that everything was running GOOD when it got there. He said that the mechanics must have done something and I told him the last time I had some work on my suspension @ your shop the mechanic didn't put but one side on when I had gave the PARTS for BOTH side and PAID you in FULL. AND NOW this time you done the same thing and ALLOWED them to mess up my Transmission, And he said DON'T WORRY about it RICH I'm going to take GOOD care of you my FREIND. LAST spoke was 10: AM FRIDAY NOVEMBER 25th. 2016
    and he said now he's having a problem with the Building owners putting new assault in the lot and he can't get to the garages and bays to finish the work. TODAY IS DECEMBER 1st. 2016 AND I'm DISABLED AND HAD ENOUGH OF THIS
