Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Our new carpet was installed on Sept. 20, 2019. On the very first day, it went from a beautiful shade of gray to something that looks like it has been through a tie- dye process with deep foot prints everywhere. It looks more like foot prints in the sand. We have contacted everybody from the bottom all the way to Mr. Craig Menear for the last 6 months without success. They blamed on the vendor then the buyer but not them, the seller.
They said it's normal wear for this carpet. It has 15 years wear warranty.
They won't even admit that there's a problem with this carpet. We are opened for a discussion but they don't want to talk about it or take responsibility for selling defective merchandise to the public."

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart.

I am (not) alone, and I feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine...~ Goethe
