"WAS FALSELY INFORMED ABOUT THE SYSTEM & THE TECHNICIAN DAMAGED MY HOME BY DRILLING A LARGE HOLE IN MY SIDING & INTO MY HOME, AND THE TECHNICIAN PUT SOME PUTTY ON THE HOLE TO COVER IT, I CANCELED SERVICE WITH THEM & THEY ARE CHARGING ME BECAUSE OF IT AND I ASK THAT THEY REMOVE THE FEE, BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO FIX THIS MESS"

  • Direct has sent a bill to me saying that I was billed for June 11th through June 17th, they installed my service on June 11th and on June 12th I had no tv because of the storms, so I called & the recorder said that the office was closed so on Monday June 13th I called in to complain about my problems with the tv & for what damage the technician did to my house, so on the 14th I called back because Directv did nothing to help me with this issue & I cancel my services,
