Judy L. says: They are a scam you pay upfront for your trip then thay come up with all kinds of extra charges that wind up costing you more than the the whole trip was supposed too. And try to book your trip what a joke they just don't have anything available during that time then if you try for another date then it's past your 18 months but if you can pay double what you were charged before they seem too have spot's available but you will have to cut your trip in half and go from a balcony room to a state room . DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

Cindy C. says: This company is nothing but a scam to milk people out of their hard earned money in return of a nightmare instead of the dream vacation you were promised. This kind of company should be stopped because the tactics they use are the same as robbery because they take money unlawfully from a person by force, unashamed swindling and overcharging. Anyone that has been a victim of these high pressured telemarketers will feel violated and robbed because they were pressured and liied to, causing a lot of mental and emotional stress. Most just agree to their terms because they are so stressed and confused that they just want out of the corner they have been backed into. This is just the start of the nightmare because you have to talk with them again in order to schedule your dates of travel. This is when you are confronted with all these hidden charges that doubles the cost they first quoted you. The fact they already have a chunk out of your pocket book, they know you will proceed to give them another chunk which turns out to be more than the first time just because you will be told if you don't agree to give it over then you will lose what they have already taken from you. There are no refunds of any kind even though you have been told that you can get a full refund in case of an emergency that would prevent you from going. They will tell you instead that if you want your money back then you will have to sell the package of lies to someone else. This company has no sympathy no matter what your situation is. Their game plan has been thought out so well that no one can get out from under it. Their telemarketers are well trained to make the sell or they won't get paid. You can complain to all state regulators, Attorney Generals of every state, and even Congressmen and nothing will be done. This is unacceptable and people should not have to put up with scams like this. This needs to be stopped!!!

Brandi M. says: Customer service is very lackluster. They are high pressure and it sounded like a good deal. When I couldn't use the trip within the 18 months, they called me back to get more money for an extension. I had plans to use it, but, with all the complaints, I am just wanting to get my money back. I'm in for $1,299 and I work hard for my money. I just wanted to go on a simple cruise for my first time but I don't have more money to waste. Refunding in this case would be my only option unless they can convince me I'm done getting my wallet out

Cindy C. says: This company uses high pressure sales tactics to lure you in to purchasing a vacation cruise package that they claim to be at such a discount price that you couldn't pass it up. The catch is you have to purchase it right then or you will never get another chance to get this special offer. You have 18 months to schedule your travel dates. When you call to schedule your dates, they then hit you with $847.00 of hidden fees that you have to pay and offer you $50.00 off these fees if you pay them right then. They tell you with this upgrade all extra .expenses will be taken care of. They know since you have already invested in their package that you will most likely go ahead and pay these hidden charges in order not to lose what you have already paid. After this you think you are all set to enjoy a cruise vacation where all expenses have already been paid. You have to call them back and request the itinerary because they never send you one. This call holds yet another surprise of another $780.00 in charges you will be required to pay plus you are also told at this time of a promotional resort sales tour you will be required to attend your second day after your arrival. You have to attend this half of a day or longer event in order to get your cruise passes. This whole thing is nothing but a scam put together in a way that they will be able to squeeze as much money out of hard working individuals who are originally lead to believe they are getting a once in a lifetime deal on a much needed vacation of their dreams. It will make you sick after reading all the complaints and horrible reviews which can turn your dream into a nightmare. This is why they tell you this offer is a one time deal that you have to purchase right then. If they let you let you off of the phone without getting your payment of which you believe at the time, to be the entire cost of the vacation package, then this company would never make a sell and milk you for all your worth. Do not buy into anything until you have read reviews on what your putting your money into.
