Ross O. says: I had a very difficult and complex situation, most likely involving fraud by a foreigner, during a $7000 purchase. After much discussion of the logic and twists and turns of the situation PayPal ate the loss, and it certainly wasn't exactly their fault. But they said they learned something from this, and would incorporate it in the new user agreement, so we can all be safe from this type of situation in the future. That's pretty cool.
