Aaron M. says: What I have come to understand but not agree with is the culture of medical service and the culture of Alabama and its desire to be Pro Business and Pro Statuses. Ascribed and other. When a woman cooks 7 days a week and stops on the 8th there becomes a problem. You have been doing the same old thing to your patient's for years. Complaints, Public humiliation, Attorney General email. It does not matter in Alabama. The culture. The mindset. Is docile and meek. I will challenge any person to prove otherwise. We shall overcome worked in the 60's. Inspiring Smiles and many medical providers in Alabama and Huntsville Alabama specifically have a problem with challenging customer expectation and customer satisfaction. It is our way or choose another provider. When and only when Insurance companies take a stand for their consumer and put these providers on a do not treat with list this culture will exist and continue to permeate the medical profession tainting the good for money rather than proof of life. We have accepted the Side Shop Charlie mentality in business and life. Because we need their service they can provide it to us anyway they choose even when I am paying for their service. You asked for my opinion. Culture can kill promise if the culture is not willing to have an all inclusive spirit or mindset.
