As a teacher I dealt with conflicts and issues all the time. It is no different in the adult world. I worked overseas for many years and my exposure to many cultures allows me to see the many sides and implications of any situation. 

I am objective and can relate to either side of any issue, but will be guided by moral and ethical precepts.
