Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My husband passed away in 2002. In August 2008, Westercamp Law Firm became the executor of my husband's estate which was settled in the 3rd quarter of 2014. I believe an executor should represent the best interest for the surviving spouse or of the estate. Mr. Westercamp did neither. During the numerous lawsuits, Mr. Westercamp was very social to the opposing counsel and client, who was my eldest son. Mr. Westercamp barely spoke or acknowledged my presence. The lawsuits basically centered around selling the assets my husband had bequeathed to me for pennies on the dollar to my son.

During the course of these lawsuits, Mr. Westercamp was quick to slander my name in filed letters. My husband's business probate inventory was drafted following my husband's death. Since we were under a time crunch, my counsel "encouraged" me to sign them insuring me that they could be amended later. After numerous attempts in providing estimates to update the evaluation, my counsel failed to correct what already had been filed. Hence, Mr. Westercamp accused me of perjury due to my testimony did not coincide with the filed documents.

In addition, my husband's last will and testament wished to pay off the mortgage on another son's house and to give equal share of the money to our two daughters after I passed away if a mortgage still existed on the house he had in 2002. (One daughter declined any benefit from my husband's will.) My son paid off his mortgage in 2010. However, Mr. Westercamp wanted to create a trust for the remaining daughter. As a result, my husband's estate paid the daughter over $22k in 2014. In summary, Mr. Westercamp did not follow the will since no mortgage would have existed."
