"You advertised a 20% discount for senoir citizens yet you have denied me this , for the last 2 car repairs i've had there. you have charged me for repairs that to this day have not been taken care of.i would appreciate the respect, service, and monies due me a.s.a.p. let's try to squash this outside of small claims court ??? the ball is in your court, for now."

  • I paid $650.00 for a muffler, manifold,shift tube, and exhaust studs. I also paid $185.00 for a power steering pump. the pump is now leaking. it wasn't leaking when I took it in.. I took it to another shop for the oil change plus I wanted to see what they had did. well,they didn't c give me any new parts they sealed the muffler the power steering pump is rusted out they didn'do anything to the shift tube.. they just been giving me the run around HELP!!!

  • grand river auto lured me into their shop with a big neon sign out front "SENIORS 20% OFF! I paid them $650.00 to replace a muffler, manifold, exhaust studs, gear shift tube. As well as $185.00 for a power steering pump. My car was out of commission for three weeks! The power steering pump was still leaking and there was no difference in the function of the shifting problem I was having. I took it to another shop!, where they showed me that I still had my original parts! They had just been sealed and/or patched up! To this da my power steering pump still leaks!! Nothings right! Nor did I get my "so called 20% discount!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH GRAND RIVER AUTO (GRAND RIVER/LOTHROP) near WEST GRAND RIVER they WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

  • Oh one more question your blower motor resistor for your Expedition as $189 and we had change that we showed you the old pary  it is working we change your right in front of your mechanics face and then AutoZone Aloha turn $89 we paid for it your whole bill will $600 for a manifold blower motor resistor power steering pump but for $600 that's barely even look for the parts because you were crying maybe that's because you were drunk I don't know but now you want $5,000 go ahead and play the lottery trial 5000 for $1 straight that will pay you $5,000

  • Post a picture of your receipt and I will show you we did not charge you for a muffler we charge you for exhaust manifold with bolts you said Chuck Muffler and we checked it you could not afford it shift tube you said check you could not afford it he said just worry about the manifold and the and the power steering pump you came in later and we did it you brought here mechanic and he said it was raining here and there was a long weekend from not the power center ball from the low side pressure line power steering we fix it for you for free what else do you want please post your receipt

  • You put you a brand new power steering pump on you brought that back three weeks later and it was a lively can and we fix the line for you for free the guy who you were with was a mechanic we lift it up the truck you said yes that was a new pump and he seen the only old rusty line and I went and fixed it for free no charge
