"The items the I originaly order did not perfomed on my Grandson natural hair as promised.
I returned the second box that was sent to me and payed over 10.00 dollars for the return, I also enclosed a letter telling why I didn't want their product, now I have another box. I don't think that I should have to pay for the return of these items."
