Claimant says:
"I applied for a refinance on my home in June 2016 on July 8th I received a letter stating that I was approved for my refinance loan. Following the letter I received a call stating that we would be closing on August 3, 2016. I received another call 4 business days before closing saying that they was not going to do the loan and I ask why and they replied that my debt ratio was to high. The first thing they learned about me was who I owed and how much I owe and how much I make. I had already brought repair people in to start the work on my house and because of them changing their minds without a better reason than that my house is destroy and I have no way of paying for the repairs that has been started and need to be finished."

  • This doesn't seem like much money at all. I think Wells Fargo would be crazy not to take this deal.
