Claimant says:
"They took a deposit of $1,570 on July 15 to do a repipe then could not give me a definite date when they were going to do it then said they were going to do it on a Monday which was 8 days away and I had already been living a month without water so I called them and told them that I was going to have someone else do it they also told me it would take them 3 days to do a repipe. I asked them for my deposit back and they told me they would give me $1,000 back and give me a $570 credit towards other work then refused to give it to me so I tried to hire them to do other work around the house and everything they bid on was three times the amount of what someone else would charge me also they went on the roof and pulled up part of the roof allowing rain and rats to get in and do damage to my house"

    "Ms. Stuart was advised that deposits are non refundable and that as a courtesy we would provide her a credit with our company which is not our normal business arrangement. We have since been to her house to estimate other projects for her, so I am unaware why this was even set up."
