i cancelled cellphone service with Virgin Mobile in mid february having a balance of 328$ in my account. i called VM a few days later asking for a refund of my balance and was told that the account was closed and they could not provide a refund. i called back later and was refused again.
this is ridiculous THAT A LARGE COMPANY LIKE VM REFUSES TO HONOR INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT CLAIMS.
