The Complaint

What happened

Claimant's opinion:

Verizon is reporting erroneous information to the credit bureaus. First, I asked them to send me copies of the bills from 2007 and 2008 and they have the bills under Lorena Nevarez, my ex-wife and then interestingly subsequent bills are sent under my name, but Tony Trujillo and not my real name which is Antonio Trujillo. That account was not mine, but my ex wife's. I never authorized this account to be mine. Yet they are reporting it is a bankruptcy discharge which was filed by me ex-wife as well. Verizon needs to delete the information to the credit bureaus that account was included in the bankruptcy or that it was even mine. This was not my account.
