"I continue to recieve unwanted newspapers [litter] in my driveway and after many hours of time and phone calls to resolve this problem they started an account in my name without my consent and sent a billing..   Identity theft; credit fraud and littering are a few complaints not to mention harassment. Several weeks ago I spent two hours to reluctantly leave my phone number for a supervisor to get back to me and get this resolved, but that also failed..  The recording I get when I get home from a full workday informs that I must call before 4:00 pm, this is a problem. I don't normally get home before 4:15 on a perfect day..."
