Claimant says:
"My name is **n  and I own a home at *** Naples Fla (34110).  I filed a claim with Tower Hill insurance in January 2016 for a mold issue reagarding my wood bamboo floor.  The insurance company sent an adjuster to my home to check out the damage to my floor. After the adjuster was at my home the insurance company then sent a engineer to check out the mold issue. During the first week in April 2016, I  traveled to my home in florida to start making preparations to get my floor replaced.  As of April 1st, 2016, I had not heard from my insurance company.  While in florida, I noticed more mold behind the refrigerator as well as behind the stove.  I notified my adjuster and the insurance company sent out the engineer again to check out more mold.  After numerous attempts to contact my adjuster, I was finally informed in May that my claim for the floor mold was denied.  (Which I still do not understand why).  I then asked the  adjuster what about the mold behind the refrige and oven.  He told me that I would have to file a seperate claim for this issue, which I did.  Once again an adjuster was sent out along with another engineer to inspect the damage.  On July 21st, 2016 I was sent another denial letter for the mold behind my refrige and oven.  (agin not sure why they denied me).  
On August 21, 2016 I was notified by my agent from Gulf Shore Inurance that Tower Hill was dropping me on April 2017 because I filed 2 claims within 4 months. I find this action to be appalling!  Not only does Tower Hill deny me on my claims, but then they are going to drop me for filing a second claim for which they told me to do.  This is unfair.  I do not know where to to turn to for help.  "
