"My husbands top fuel Harley Davidson was dropped off to exchange a computer that was on board the bike when he dropped the bike off head an possible intention to selling it to Tonys friend in no way was he aware much less would have authorized tony race or utilize the bike buthetook the bike like he owned it and it only let other people race the bike Hehas blown the motor up and loaned it out to go race across country winning without even acknowledging the bikes true owner he played the nitro game as if he worked real hard and it was his bike to do with it whatever he wanted to taking credit for the loaner bike that won numerous races across country. Not even a thank you, or honor to the bikes owner. Now tony Ruggerio wants to take the bike apart before he returns it Nd we should pay a ill he has for parts he had to replace because heutilized the bike. He pays no mention to the true owner of the bike , tonys been mentioned in many magazines as this wonderful person who gives so much to thedrag racing community and takes credit as if it was his bike and parts, now he wants to disassemble the bike before he returns it taking his parts off that he had to repair because he blew it up racing it and wants to sendup a bill for it."

    Tony should return the bike to the claimant in working condition, provide the requested computer replacement at no charge, and pay this claimant a reasonable rental for the extended and unauthorized use of his bike in professional competitions. More...
