"MY GIRLFIEND INITIALLY SET UP ACCOUNT WITH TMOBILE FOR US TO GET THESE 500.00 PHONES CALLED MEMOIR,THE PHONES WERE GREAT,ONE OF BEST AROUND,WHICH CONSIDERING PRICE IT WAS GREAT,AFET 2 YRS WITH PHOEN THE STARTED HAVING NUMEROIUS PROBLEMS,WE KEPT CALLING AND SENDING BK PHONES IN WHICH THEY SEND YOU REFURBISHED PHONES,THEY DIDNT LASTNAT ALL MAYBE 2MTHS OR SO,THEY EVENTUALLY DISCONTINUED THE PHONE,MY FRIENDS MEMOIR GAVE OUT 1ST,THEY SENT HER THIS CHEAP PHONE INSTEAD,TO COMPROMISE THE BETTER PHONE,HOW DARE THEY,STARTED HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS CHEAP PHONE ,SHE COMPALINED OF DROP CALLS CANT HEAR,THE SENT HER A PHONE CALLED LG,WHICH IS ALRIGHT,MY LAST REFURBISH MEMOIR FINALLY GAVE OUT CALLED COMPANY,THEY SENT ME SOME PHONE WITH NO BACK AND NO BATTERY FR PHONE,WHICH WHAT COULD I DO WITH THE PHONE,COULDNT USE PHONE ,BATTERY FOR MEMOIR AND BK WONT FIT PHONE,I COMPLAINED,THEY THEN SENT ME THE COMET,SAME PHONE FRIEND HAD PROBLEMS WITH,WENT INTO SVERAL STORE TRYING TO GET THEM TO SEND ME SAME LG PHONE,THEY SAID THAT THEY ONLKY COULD GIVE ME COMET,THE PERSONNEL IN EACH STORE COULDNT EVEN BELIEVE THE OFFERED ME THAT CHEAP PHONE AS COMPROMISE FOR THE MEMOIR,THE JUST SHOOK THEIR HEAD ,BECAUSE THE COUKLD ONLY DO WHAT THEY WERE TOLD,THE LAUGHED WHEN I TOLD THEM THE DETAILS OF THIS LONG DRAMA,I JUST WANT THEM TO BE FAIR AND GIVE ME SOMETHING THAT EQUAL TO MEMOIR,WHICH NOTHING REALLY DID THEN,JD POWERS NEED TO TQAKE THEM OFF THAT SO CALLED LIST OF THERE FOR ESTEEMING THEM SO HIGH,I BELIEVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINED TO ONLOY PROVIDE WHAT THEY SAY EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN TELL THEY DONT AGREE WITH DECISIONS THEY HAVE TO ABIDE BY,I MEAN WHEN YOU CALL YOIU LITERALLY HAVE TO FIGHT FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE AND THEN THEY MAKE YOU SO MAD,THEY STEP YOU OUT OF CHARACTHER WITH THAT I REALLY DONT CARE TONE AND IT IS WHAT IT IS ATTITUDE,IM A PERSON WHO STRONGLY BELIEVE IN BUILDING INTEGRITY AND CHARACTHER,I WORK IN A CALL CENTER,AND I AMN A SUPERVISOR,AND I ALWAYS STRESS,NOT TO TAKE THINGS PERSONAL,AND SHOW COMPASSION,CAUSE IT NOT ABOIUT US IS=TS ABOUT HELPING PEOPLE,SHOWING COMPASSION,AND BEING FAIR ENOUGH TO MAKE THE PEOPLE WANT TO KEEP CALLING AND STAYING PATIENTS,I WORK FOR ONE OF TOP TEN HOSPITALS IN NATION,AND YOU HAVE TO LET PEOIPLE KNOW YOU CARE AND ARE NOT JUST SOME BIG MILLION OR BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS WHO JUST MAKING MONEY AND TO HELL WITH THE PEOPLE.JUST WANT BETTER PHONE HAVE INSURANCE ON PHONE,CALLS DROP ON THIS PHONE CONSTANTLY,CANT HEAR PEOPLE HALF OF TIME,NOW BACK WONT STAY ON WHICH I KNOW NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE,BUT WOW WHAT A GIRL TO DO....HELP ,MY CO WORKERS EVEN LAUGHING SAYING TMOBILE SUCKS ANY WAY AND THAT I SHOULD GET RID OF THEM,CONTRACT NOW UP,MAYBE TIME TO MOVE ON LOL,JUST NEEDED TO STATE MY CASE,HOPEFULLY YOU WILL EXCUSE MY TYPO'S TYPING WHILE STRESSED OUT ON THIS IDEAL,LIFE IS GOOD ASHAMED SOMETHING LIKE THIS MAKES YOU WONDER IS IT.......ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED.THANKS FOR TAKING OUT TIME TO READ THIS COMPLAINT.GOD BLESS"
