Claimant says:
"We took my daughters car in to get 4 new tires and an alignment, We saw that she had a nail in her tire so we took it to good year when we found out that all of her lugs were cross threaded so we had to have them replaced, it cost $148.57 so when we got the repairs done we took the car and the receipt to tire and Keith Brown said that it had been a year ago and that they would not have done this. Well there has not been any one else that has touched the tire except them, when we had it inspected we took it to Jiffy Lube and they do not pull the tires to check brakes they just look at the pads with a flash light, so I believe that Tire World should pay for the cost to fix what they damaged. please help me with this. I think that there are too many Companies out there that are not help responsible for their negligent work on vehicles, they put our lives in their hands and should be held to safety standards.

3. Pay me for my time: not only do you need to pay for our time but the safety of my daughter can you really put a price on that you were negligent in your service Oct 30, 2012 $1,000.00
