  • Why was the item not sent? Was it sent and not received? Did you receive a tracking number? If you paid with a credit card, I would notify them that you are disputing the charge and work with them while waiting for this business to send a refund. I would also write them a certified letter requesting your refund. My other question is if you have made 7 phone calls, has that taken 4 hours? How did you come up with that rate? My concern is that although it appears they owe you the initial amount for the item not received, by posting this claim and asking for even more money, they may view that as excessive and perhaps drag their feet even more. Please review your claim and think about what would truly make you feel this has been resolved. If they finally credit you the initial amount and nothing further, would that be ok? What if they gave you a store credit for at least that amount? What if they sent you the item or an equivalent? All these might be possible solutions to consider. Good luck in resolving this claim.
