Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I sent a revolver in for a free repair, UPS Tracking #1Z8576460365632314, 0n the 12/06/17, Taurus said it would take 8 weeks to repair and another week to return the revolver to the address it was sent from. Service order #668962. Taurus received the revolver on the afternoon of 12/14/17. I called Taurus talked to their answer people who would not talk to me unless I had a serial number which I had misplaced. Talked to the supervisor, Tammy McKinnie and told her the gun owners name phone # and address was inside the case the gun came in. Tammy went to the area where the gun was and retrieved the owners address exc.. it was all there exactly as I told Tammy. Then Tammy became belligerent and argumentative, no matter what I said I could tell I was wasting my time with Tammy I asked her for her manager and got nowhere. As far as I can e tell Taurus is stalling and hoping I will go away so they take my property wrongfully as a regular practice. At this time Taurus wont ansure my calls."

"Let me get this straight - you mailed a gun to Taurus for repair and they received it. They have not, however, returned it to the person that sent it in? I can understand being very careful to ensure that guns don't get into the worong hands (especially after what happened yesterday) but what was supposed to have happened? Did you include an order form, or where you supposed to have done, before sending the gun in?"
