"Could not get into the room, had front desk reprogram the cards 3 times, the fourth time we just opened the door with a credit card because the lock was broken, there were only 2 lights that worked, in the wall where the a/c should be there was a hole in the wall that you could see right outside, the fire detector was hanging from the ceiling with the wires all pulled, the micro was broken, holes in the wall and in the bathroom door like someone punched it. VERY dirty- cob webs and pop sprayed on the walls, remote didnt work to the tv so we only had the channel the TV was on. No extra remote at front desk. Suppose to have a fridge but did not have one. Was suppose to have a queen size bed and had to full size beds, my husband and I couldnt ever sleep together. All the fire detectors up and down the hall ways had no batteries or were in working condition. Pop sprayed in the hallways on the walls. A very dirty hotel. Would never stay here or refer this to anyone. I have been trying to talk to a manger since Sat night but he doenst ever seem to be there. So where does he work? Now today I get told he only works 4-630 PM. I want my money back and will never stay here again. NASTY"
