Claimant says:
"took car because check engine light was on, received a bill for $281.93, car made horrible noise when I tried to start it. I had never had trouble starting car. left car for him to fix noise. went back received bill for $105.54. took car home 1/2 later noise was back. my car did not make this noise before he worked on, took it back, waited to hear from him, no call. went to get him car. I am so afraid that my ignition system or something else is being compromised, I don't know if it will start or not."

  • Ms. Galura showed up at my establishment and the first thing that she said was "I'm not talking to you until my witness shows up". I am here to try and get her vehicle fixed. With that type of focus, all she wants to do is fight. I am too busy to spend my time fighting with a customer when in reality we are trying to get her taken care of. Customer left.
