Claimant says:
"I called the store at 11:30 am on Saturday, April 16, 2016, to inquire about an upgrade in cell phone as I joined the Iphone Forever club and pay a monthly to todso) from a Iphone 6s to the new smaller Iphone SE. I spoke with Daniel who informed me that I could not as that Iphone was not an upgrade. Upon my disagreement he invited me to call customer support for sprint. So I did. Upon calling Sprint Customer Support, I was informed that I could trade to the Iphone SE however, I would have to wait until we had made twelve monthly payments prior to our eligibility to trade cell phones.

Our complaint is that our salesman at this store stated that we we joined the Iphone forever club by paying the additional monthly fee, that when Apple produced a new phone that we could immediately upgrade and there would be no waiting. He stated that if Apple produced the new Iphone 7 within a week or 6 weeks we could upgrade immediately on this plan.

So not only does the store not know that we could upgrade to the SE, now they say that we have to have been on the plan 12 months prior to upgrading the phone. They lied to us. They need inform customers up front that one has to be on the payment plan 12 months prior to using the upgrde feature. They lied to us Seniors and took advantage of us. They also Stated that we had no contract anymore as we had to pay out of our contract that ended in January 2016 back in September 2015, even though we were eligible for a cell phone upgrade then.

This store is dishonest and are not upfront with the information on their cell phone sales. I confronted them and spent at least 2 hours asking relevant questions about the lease phone and got nothing but lies prior to the purchase of these phones and and the ins and outs of the Iphone Forever program.
