"I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE ON THE ENGINE THEY CHARGED ME 1020.00 FOR A MOTOR BREAKDOWN IN WHICH IT DID NOT OCCUR MY WARRANTY COMPANY SENT 3 INSPECTORS OUT THERE AND IN ALL INSPECTION REPORTS SAYS THEY ONLY TOOK OUT 8 SCREWS OUT OF LOWER OIL PAN AND DID NOT DO THE MOTOR BREAKDOWN SO IM SEEKING TO GET MY 1020.00 DOLLARS BACK BECAUSE I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER MECHANIC FACILITY TO GET THE JOB DONE IN WHICH IT ONLY TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO PUT ANOTHER MOTOR IN MY CAR AND NISSAN HAD MY CAR FOR OVER A MONTH AND LIED TO ME TELLING ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO COME UP WITH AN ADDITIONAL 5290.00 BECAUSE MY WARRANTY COMPANY DENIED MY CLAIM AND THE WARRANTY COMPANY HAD NOT EVEN SPOKEN WITH THEM. THE WARRANTY COMPANY WORKED CLOSELY WITH ME IN GETTING MY AUTOMOBILE REPAIRED AT ANOTHER FACILITY NOT SOUTHLAKE NISSAN SO IM AM PRAYING THAT SOMEONE COULD ASSIST ME IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK. THANK YOU FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE .        KEITH G SHOULDER (A UPSET CUSTOMER)"

    "THE CUSTOMER WAS QUOTED TEAR DOWN TIME, IF THE CUSTOMER'S EXTENDED WARRANTY DID NOT COVER THE REPAIRS. CUSTOMER WAS QUOTED 7.5 HOURS FOR THE TEAR DOWN, WHICH WAS LESS THAN ALLDATA TIME WHICH WAS 9.1 LABOR TO REMOVE BOTH THE LOWER AND UPPER OIL PANS. CUSTOMER AGREED TO TEAR DOWN TIME AND TOTAL, REPAIR WAS DECLINED BY EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY. TOTAL ALSO INCLUDED TOW BACK TO CUSTOMERS HOUSE AFTER WARRANTY CLAIM WAS DECLINED. "
