Claimant says:
"This is a complaint against Skin Allure Brands of Tampa, FL. My 78 year old wife, ****, responded to an online advertisement of their products in the belief that she would receive a free trial of the products she ordered. She did not understand the terms of this free trial which required her to contact the company within 14 days of receiving the products if she was not satisfied. The company failed to make that clear to her. The products were received and found to be useless. On July 9, 2017, I was reviewing transactions on my checking account and was shocked to find two charges totaling $172.70 made against my checking account on July 5, 2017. To dispute these charges, I called my bank and was given the telephone number for Skin Allure Brands. On July 10, 2017, I contacted the company and spoke to a call center in the Philippines. I told them that these charges were not authorized by me or my wife. After much discussion, the person I spoke to offered to return, first $80.00, then $100, finally she said the very best she could do was to return $120.00. I do not find this to be a satisfactory resolution of the matter. I believe they should return the entire amount of $172.70.  The company's record of my contacting them would be Cancellation Number 351716. Please do what you can to resolve this matter to my satisfaction."

    I just purchased what I hope to be a free trial I bought cbd oil and gummies both for 6.89 just for shipping , the company on my bank account is called Skin Dreamer Premium and they have an 800 number is this the same company ? I am just scared cause this is my first purchase for this product ever.

  • This company will not stop sending me their product.  I called and emailed them to stop charging me for this product but they won't stop.  I started a claim with my bank after they kept sending me product after cancelling. How do you get them to stop?  I am ready to cancel my bank account just so they will stop.

  • Yes, they are a scam bogus company. They DO NOT give full disclosure to customers which is deceitful...they are scum rats.
