"Order #3700 was taken on /around June 6th,2018. After 3weeks I text them at
( howdy@ShipsFromTexas.com) for 2 purses on sale for a total of $99.90. They informed me they check and get back to me.. which they did.. only to tell me that it was in route AND SHOULD BE EXPECTING IT IN a couple of days.. On june 28th I recd a text and they found a Damaaaged shipment notice which they missed earlier.. They then said a refund would be completed in 10 to 14 days.... Now nothing no refund and i am finding charges of $1.60 4X= $5.20 and a chrg of $6.50 X3= 19.55 .......Plus the $99.90 equals a TOTAL of $124.65 ......... Apparently the only way I can contact them is by email. never by phone (832) 251-7301 is their Phone # I dont have any names.. Can You HELP PLEASE Thank You
