Claimant says:
"Had my Water line to the house replaced. ( it was leaking Badly ) Mike told me, That the City Would reimburse Me For A percentage or may be All of the Overage. I told him go on and do it.
After the job was done I called the City and asked For a price adjustment. They told me It had to be Inspected.. . I would have thought that the People that installed the pipe would do that, As I Have No idea of what need to be Done. I sent him a the bill from the Excess water $625.46. # Dec. 19 2016 Statement Plus The previous Overage.
When I called and Questioned him ( after a 3 Week runaround) He said he would dig it up so the water Department could inspect it. But I would have to pay him another $1000.00. .
Is this not his job to Have it inspected.??? Work was Done at 15504 Densmore AVE. North. Shoreline WA. 98133
