Claimant says:
"Two men came to my home and offered a security system. A contract was written up stating that

they would return and bring 329.36 to pay out Brinks for my existing system. I waited 3 weeks and
never heard from them. I called a Jay Pierce with no answer. I then called Nick who said Jay was having family problems and wanted to know what I wanted and I explained, that I didn't want to
cancel my existing system until they brought they payout money because I would be without a sys-
tem. He promised to bring the 329.36 soon, again I waited another 2weeks and could not get him,
then afew days later he came and brought 300.00 in cash, which I thought was strange, for a company to deal in cash money rather than checks. He said I will bring the balance in a few days.
In the meantime I noticed they had immerdately drafted my bank account for two payments. I call
ed again regarding the balance of 29.36 and he was very verbally arrogant and hung the phone up
on me. I then went back to my bank and stopped the bank draft. The two men returned to my home and made threats on taking my home and etc. I told them that they had not fulfilled their
promised payment of 29.36 and they said this did not matter that they would take my home if I did not keep the system and pay up. I recieved a letter today from Sep threating to take my home if I didn't pay $4,239.43 within 15 days. I need help."

Please contact Core Home Security at 888.757.2673 for further assistance. Collection efforts will continue until this is resolved as you signed a legally binding contract.
