Claimant says:
"Sears Home Improvement had completed a full bathroom renovation in my home in August 2016. I initiated a BBC complaint filed ID 11576963 in regards to Sears repair of water leaks, plumbing fixtures properly installed and tighten and other repairs not being completed. Sears sent personnel to complete repairs we signed an disclosure form. I've experience problems with the same bathroom had plumbing team come to my home to check out leaks etc... The repair team had to tear open drywall that Sears installed to get to water to root of problem. Once inside they showed me that the plumbing pipes inside was not replaced. Sears had place plastic pipe on outside attached to sink. old metal pipes should had been replace with PCP Specification as required by law. There was mildew damage as an result from sink pipe leaking. Also the team removed the toilet seat from the floor and I saw that Sears had cracked the ceramic floor tile while installation of toilet seat. Instead of replace floor tile damaged they just set the seat down to cover it up. I wasn't able to physically see these uncompleted repairs due to dry wall covering plumbing fixtures and toilet seat covering floor. Shower head was not installed correctly or shower bar also. I've contacted Sears by phone on September 13, 2018 had two hang ups on me, and spoke with 3 different MS Len, MS Mary and Mr. Rodney as an end result I was informed by Mr. Rodney a he couldn't get a hold of a Supervisor but he will pass the information on and a Sears Supervisor will contact me. September 18, 2018 contacted Sears again by phone representative switched me over to another number that just rung with no answer. I would like for Sears to pay for service repairs I'm having to spend now to complete work for bathroom problems that I would not have had to get done had their repair team installed pipes to standards and tighten fixtures upon initial installment. Definitely would have not had mold due from leaks.. Sears can credit my account that I initially got loan to pay for their services since they did get paid in full and I'm paying the bill for services not rendered. I also welcome Sears to my home to review damage while walls are still open to view. Can someone from your office assist me in this matter for I'm really trying to reach out to Sears?"
