Claimant's opinion: I This was a $9,000.00 transaction. I would like to receive my title from the finance company. I paid off the RV in May and was assured that the title would be released. I have been told many times that is was, is and it is not. I have called repeatedly with completely different answers, but no results.

Claimant's opinion: Each representative have a new solution such as my address for a fedex delivery that has never happened.

Customer Service Runarounds

Claimant's opinion: It is very difficult to get a representative unless you are spending money. The phone tree is horrendous. Each representative seems to have no idea about my account and must put me on hold for an extra long amount of time. The same response is that the title is not released and they would take care of it. A rep. claimed she would fedex the title today which cannot happen because WA is a electronic file state. She wanted proof that their check had cleared with a fax of the canceled check. This is contrary to what I have been told for the last 3 months that the account was closed and the title was to be released
