Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchase a 60" Samsung 1080p Led Smart TV for $1104.99 on October 31, 2016 with a
1 year Manufacturers warranty and I also purchase a extended after the factor warrant. My TV stop working and the repair people came out and took a picture, they didn't do anything else.
They sent the picture to Samsung for repair or replace. Samsung refuse to repair or place, Samsung said "the LED something was broken" I didn't do anything to cause it to break. What is a warranty for if not to repair or replace what it covers? This make the extended warranty no good, where they refuse to refund. I had the TV for less than 6 months and Samsung want repair or replace it. They said it was my fault, how can they know that, the repair people only took a picture. They didn't ask me how it happen. That's not right, Samsung can just take my $1104.99
with a warranty and extended warranty, that don't mean nothing."
